Burning Bibles that are the "wrong" version

In the link below is an article about a man and his followers that plan to burn books they deem as “satanic.” Among the books they plan to burn is any Bible that is not the King James version, as they are also considered by them to be “satanic.”

While I like the King James and New King James versions, there are a few translations that are valuable to have. And who is he to tell people what versions are acceptable? I consider that a personal decision. And as far as burning them, what purpose does that serve?
